Season's greetings

Sunset and dawn

Season greetings.jpg

It has been a turbulent road that now takes us into the sunset of 2015 and on to the sunrise of 2016 on the other side of the hill called the Christmas season.

We wish all our readers and supporters a peaceful Christmas time with family, friends and loved ones. May you enter 2016 well-rested for the challenges and opportunities it will bring.

This is our last edition for this year. The first edition for 2016 will go out on 12 January, but we will keep a constant eye on developments and are planning for interim reports should the need arise.

Unfortunately this year ends on a somewhat negative note, especially on the domestic economic and political fronts.

With local government elections and important court cases coming up, 2016 will bring its own dramas and uncertainties, but also promises of new beginnings.

Many of the developments and trends in most areas covered during 2015 will not disappear, but will rather intensify during 2016. And we will keep a critical spotlight focused on them.

Late in 2015 The Intelligence Bulletin entered into a stimulating partnership with Moneyweb and, stemming from this, there are exiting plans afoot, aimed at enriching the offering to our readers.

Thank you for your support during the past year. We are looking forward to continue bringing you a weekly offering of thought-provoking articles in the coming year.

Piet Coetzer, editor, on behalf of The Intelligence Bulletin team.
